Full-Time
Install Monkey leads systems installations for Monkey Wrench Productions. They are responsible for maximizing client experience and budget to help establish Monkey Wrench as a go-to installer in the local and national market while maintaining safety and efficiency on and off the Jobsite.
Technical Sales Chimp
Full-Time
The Technical Sales Chimp will be responsible for creating quotes for large projects and controls systems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical knowledge of both data and power in the live event industry. Experience with architectural controls is a plus.
Shipping Monkey
Part-Time
The Shipping Monkey will help pull, pack, and ship orders for Monkey Wrench Productions. This position is part-time and would be flexible based on shipping volume.
Service Tech Chimp
Full-Time
The Service Tech Chimp will be responsible for scheduling appointments with end-users to troubleshoot and/or repair their systems. This position will travel to client locations as needed for diagnosis and installation, primarily locally. When not needed for service calls, the Service Tech Chimp may be utilized for installations, retail store assistance, installations, or other projects as assigned.
Intern Monkey
Part-Time
If you are interested in learning more about the industry, but aren’t sure where to start, Monkey Wrench could be the place for you! We work directly with manufacturers as dealers, host local events and trainings, and have a direct connection with industry professionals. You’ll learn about the wide variety of products it takes to make an event happen, see what it takes to plan an installation, and shadow our repair technician to learn gear repair and maintenance.
Front Desk Chimp
Full-Time
As the Front Desk Monkey, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, phone calls, and online chats. You will distribute incoming email tickets to the appropriate sales team member, or handle easy requests yourself as your knowledge and comfort level grow. You will also be the ecommerce point of contact, managing all ecommerce communication for both BigCommerce and eBay.
