Shipping Monkey

Job Purpose:
The Shipping Monkey will help pull, pack, and ship orders for Monkey Wrench Productions. This position is part-time and would be flexible based on shipping volume. Hourly starting at $18/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull, pack, and ship ecommerce and store orders

  • Communicate with customers on eBay and Bigcommerce regarding address errors and inventory discrepancies

  • Enter tracking numbers & serial numbers into QuickBooks

  • Assist with receiving if time allows

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented

  • Comfortable with computers

  • Able to lift up to 50lb

  • Comfortable in an order picker (similar to a drivable genie lift)
